At Bulk Ear Candles, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund process. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.


1. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Damaged or altered items are not eligible for return.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required to process your return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned or refunded, including:

  • Custom or personalized orders (e.g., private labeling).
  • Wholesale or bulk purchases (unless otherwise specified).
  • Promotional or discounted items (final sale).
  • Hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., ear candles) if opened or used.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our support team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
  3. Ship the Item: Package the item securely and include the RMA number on the outside of the box. Ship it to the address provided by our team.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).


4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 7 business days . Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout. Depending on your bank or financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.


5. Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may apply:

  • Opened or Used Items: If the item is returned in less-than-original condition, we reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee or deny the refund.
  • Missing Components: If parts of the order (e.g., accessories, free gifts) are missing, the refund amount may be adjusted accordingly.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product or size, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund (if eligible).


7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the issue and your order details so we can assess the situation. We will either send a replacement or issue a refund, depending on your preference.


8. Cancellations

  • Before Shipping: You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. Contact us immediately at [email protected] to request cancellation.
  • After Shipping: Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are subject to our standard return policy.

9. International Returns

For international orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).
Please ensure all customs fees, duties, or taxes associated with the return are prepaid.
We cannot accept packages sent cash-on-delivery (COD).


10. Exceptions

The following scenarios are exceptions to our return policy:

  • Hygiene-Sensitive Products: Due to health and safety regulations, certain products (e.g., ear candles) may not be eligible for return if they have been opened or used.
  • Final Sale Items: Items marked as “final sale” or purchased during special promotions are non-refundable.

11. Restocking Fees

  • We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.
  • However, products must be returned in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact to qualify for a refund or exchange.
